I requested quotes and a representative to look at our lawn to determine what was needed to kill the weeds, grubs and, fertilize the lawn to get it in better shape. One national company had no local reps and used a satellite image to estimate the lawn size and treatment required. The local owner of Lawn Doctor, Bill Harris, came out to our house and walked the entire lawn - front and back to determine what was needed to get our lawn heathy again. I selected Lawn Doctor. Lawn Doctor of Friendswood-League City is always on time and very responsive to any issues that we have with our lawn. We first called Lawn Doctor because we had problems with our St. Augustine grass dying; they diagnosed us as having sod web worms and treated our lawn for it. They informed us that cinch bugs were really bad this year and asked if we needed treatment; we found out that WAS why we were seeing issues in our lawn and immediately said yes! They text and answer emails very promptly and are always there to answer any questions. Our lawn is looking wonderful! I really recommend Lawn Doctor! ~ Kathleen B
Experienced multiple challenges with my lawn that were somewhat difficult to isolate and resolve but after various treatments, some resodding, and landscaping adjustments due to sun/shading changes over the years, lawn is currently looking really good. The Lawn Doctor has a very personable, approachable attitude and spends focused time on your yard vs my prior experiences with some other big name companies over the years who seem to pressure the field service reps to do as many yards as possible in any given day. ~ David C
