Lawn Doctor of Friendswood-League City is always on time and very responsive to any issues that we have with our lawn. We first called Lawn Doctor because we had problems with our St. Augustine grass dying; they diagnosed us as having sod web worms and treated our lawn for it. They informed us that cinch bugs were really bad this year and asked if we needed treatment; we found out that WAS why we were seeing issues in our lawn and immediately said yes! They text and answer emails very promptly and are always there to answer any questions. Our lawn is looking wonderful! I really recommend Lawn Doctor! ~ Kathleen B

I requested quotes and a representative to look at our lawn to determine what was needed to kill the weeds, grubs and, fertilize the lawn to get it in better shape. One national company had no local reps and used a satellite image to estimate the lawn size and treatment required. The local owner of Lawn Doctor, Bill Harris, came out to our house and walked the entire lawn - front and back to determine what was needed to get our lawn heathy again. I selected Lawn Doctor. Experienced multiple challenges with my lawn that were somewhat difficult to isolate and resolve but after various treatments, some resodding, and landscaping adjustments due to sun/shading changes over the years, lawn is currently looking really good. I hired the Lawn Doctor to do handle my seasonal lawn feeding. They're very professional and let me know when they'll be out on my property. They always discuss with me what additional services I may need, especially when it comes to lawn pest control, so that I can decide whether I want them to do such additional services. I had no idea of how much mulch or what type of mulch I needed. However, they did. I was asked to take a photo of my lawn front and side, since I live in the area, no problem. Returned, and I didn’t have to wait. The mulch I received had all my neighbors curious as to where I purchased it. I was giving out their cards like lollipops. Oh, their very friendly. Been using Lawn Doctor for at least 3 years and the results are very good. Especially the weed control. The cost is very reasonable especially if you consider to cost to purchase the treatment chemicals yourself. Tried keeping up with all this my self without any where near the level of results provided by Bill the Lawn Doctor. Lawn Doctor is an outstanding local provider for treatments and fertilization. Unlike the big name companies, Lawn Doctor does not push unnecessary treatments. Instead they explain the situation and give you real options which might include doing nothing for awhile and see if problem areas improve. They are also very cost competitive. This service is very reliable with a service person very knowledgeable with what they are doing. I needed fungus control on my bermuda grass, and this has removed all fungus. I use their mosquito control service and has done wonders keeping mosquitos away. I am also getting the basic fertilizer treatment per their recommendations, and have seen positive results. ~ Michael

They communicate in advance on when they are headed to my home, let you know when they arrive, what application(s) will be done and when they are finished. They do not rush the job. They do a thorough job with each application. It is easy to make payments on-line. I highly recommend Lawn Doctor of Friendswood. ~ Don P
